Got a nice hot breakfast included. The staff was extremely friendly and amiable and the food was OUTSTANDING. The location was lovely, to bistro over the road, in the truly beautiful area. Also, a green Flag park was 2 km away.

Charming and cozy stay in a great spot
The walk to Old Town was perfect for exploring. My room, though small, had a comfy bed and all the essentials packed in. Jean-Pierre was super helpful-he carried my bags and had breakfast ready before 7 am. Only thing is, the shared bathroom could be a bit tricky if it gets busy.

The spacious family ensuite room was perfect for us and our precious dog. Enjoying breakfast while gazing at the garden was a highlight, just as lovely as our hike through The Dene's beautiful trails.
In my wife's opinion, having a play area for kids would be great.

Everything was so organized n i loved how friendly the staff were. The breakfast had a really good selection, fresh fruit, hot food, n all that. The room was clean and comfy with a lovely view of the gardens.
but the mattress was way too firm for my liking n the bathroom could've been a bit more updated.

The location was perfect, close to the Royal Mile and Princes Street. The bathroom could use some updates. It felt a bit outdated. The stay was enjoyable, with minor inconveniences. Had a great group vacation with friends! We hit up the Botanical Gardens and explored the nearby area. For £72, the buffet breakfast was solid, with plenty of options. The room may be compact, but it had everything we needed. Perfect value for an overnight stay.
The room faced a main road, made for a noisy night. I could have used a better night's sleep.

The room was clean and spacious, which I liked. The location was nice, and I had a lovely view of the gardens. But that mattress was way too firm for my taste. The bathroom could use some updating. It wasn't a dealbreaker, just some minor fixes needed.
